Polish logistics service provider TAS Logistyka expands operations at CTPark Warsaw South with additional lease of 10,000 m²

Regulatory News:

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (GLA), has leased an additional 10,000 m² at its CTPark Warsaw South to Polish logistics operator TAS Logistyka sp. z oo. The expansion, within the sub-Warsaw logistics park, is the result of the company’s dynamic growth and will now occupy 25,000 m² of warehouse space, an increase of 67 percent compared to the originally leased space.

Last year, TAS Logistyka sp. z oo leased 15,000 m² of space at CTPark Warsaw South, opening its fifth warehouse operation in the sub-Warsaw industrial and logistics park. Since then, it has focused on activities in the electronics and white goods sector, providing internal logistics processes and co-packing services, as well as warehousing of household goods. The additional space leased at CTPark Warsaw South will enable TAS Logistyka sp. z oo to optimize and expand its current operations and support its growth ambitions.
