With the IK Multimedia iLoud Micro Monitor Pro, the Italian manufacturer IK Multimedia presents a new version of compact field monitors. In 2016, the first version was tested, now the Pro version follows the test. After the manufacturer has sold both versions in parallel, the iLoud Micro Monitor (without Pro) is also put on the market.

One of the biggest new versions of the Pro version of the iLoud Micro Monitor is the Tatsache, the ARC system from IK Multimedia ensures that the X-Monitor software is directly integrated into the speaker. If you act, this is a new completely new system, which is now of the normal version. The frequency range is between 2.5 kHz and the frequency response between 50 Hz and 20 kHz (± 2 dB).

When using the software to automatically integrate the ARC system, the studio monitors are trimmed to the rear controls for LF Extension, LF and HF so you can set the active “Desk Mode” (so the iLoud Micro Pro is instantly displayed in a different way).
