BP plc (the “Company“) announces that on September 19, 2024, in accordance with the authorization granted by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, it purchased a total of 5,721,630 common shares of $0.25 each (“Shares“) on the London Stock Exchange and Cboe (UK) as part of the repurchase programs announced on July 30, 2024 (the “Programs“) and as described below:
