Progressive policies backfire, turning liberals into gun owners

A long-term study by NORC at the University of Chicago shows a major shift among Democrats toward gun control – despite the fact that their party, backed by far-left corporate media and billionaire-funded anti-gun groups, has for decades restricted or denied the rights of law-abiding citizens to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

According to the NORC poll, gun ownership among Democrats reached a low between 2010 and 2016, at around 22.5% and 23.2%, respectively. In 2022, however, 29.2% of Democrats reported owning guns, while gun ownership among Republicans hovered around 55% in the same year.

WSJ journalists Cameron McWhirter and Zusha Elinson attributed the “rediscovery of guns by Democrats” to “street crime” and “far-right extremists.”

Democrats are waking up to their own party’s failed domestic and foreign policies, which have only created more chaos in once peaceful neighborhoods.

The Harris-Walz campaign understands the importance of winning votes for the 2nd Amendment.
