2025 small forward Amari Evans takes Vols into top three

Amari Evans, a four-star small forward in 2025, named Tennessee Basketball as one of his top three schools.

Evans’ top three schools are Tennessee, Xavier and Pittsburgh. His commitment date is set for Nov. 1, according to On3.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound small forward comes from Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Georgia.

Evans is ranked No. 74 overall among prospects in the Class of 2025. He is also ranked No. 14 among small forwards and No. 11 among players in Georgia, according to 247Sports.

Tennessee is one of four Southeastern Conference schools to offer a scholarship to Evans. Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Georgia have offered the 2025 prospect.

The Vols offered Evans a scholarship on August 14. He officially visited Xavier on September 6, Tennessee on August 30 and Pittsburgh on June 25.
