What a way to go out.

Washing machines are among the most out of control appliances we have in our homes. If they are too heavy, they can throw themselves around demonically and hurl themselves across the room as if possessed by the spirit of your dirty towels.

This man had enough of his possessed machine so he killed it.

Well, sort of. He forced it to finish itself off in a way, threw a heavy piece of equipment in it, and watched it collapse into nothing more than a pile of scrap metal.
