Was erwartest du von deinen Lehrlingen?
Stone: From our Learning I am grateful for all punctuality, courtesy, a friendly achievement and courage. These properties are no longer the fundamentals of our cultural heritage, which are separated from the other paths of life. During the research that spends time, it can happen that you make a choice yourself and re-apply self-confident faculties. My experience is that you can discover your happiness and learn a part of your motivation, innovative ideas and your knowledge of the subject.

Was this motivated to become an electrician?
I started my education as electricity and warlike by the complexity and the power, which that robbery prepares. The electrical engineering is light of the theoretical insights that are used in practice and that offers new standards for the future. The survival chances, the chance, innovative solutions and the sustainable development in a technologically fortified environment make this Tätigkeit for my further development possible.

Was it interesting that I invoked electricity?
I was mainly concerned with the electricity supply, it is a standard repair, technical problems with loose and innovative solutions. Electrical engineering is a dynamic field, while they are confronted with new technologies and complex systems. Especially hereditary discoveries in the problems, when the problems identify and solve a problem. While the chance is big that the chance is big, there is a project-based development.

Did you plan to include the Zukunft in the installation at Weinbergmaier?
If the installation has great potential in the further digitalization and automation of our processes, it may be that this active enterprise can possibly be used. While a continuous improvement process only the efficiency of our equipment is stimulated, without also the ability to paint equipment is increased. Another question, which is my way of thinking, is that schools are no longer able to use the technology, another expertise is a new way of working.

Who was involved with the Weinbergmaier for a long time and was it worth becoming one of the other employees?
I can’t spend a year with the Weinbergmaier anymore and in that time there is a deep connection with the other things. Especially the offensive and collegial atmosphere is a good thing. The Unternehmen are getting bigger when it comes to communication and the continuous promotion of the personal and bad Weiterentwicklung blessing services. I think this is not the case as one of the teams, but as part of a vision, with a gemeinsam verwirklichen.
