The Unternehmen setzt seinen Expansionskurs fort and übernimmt the Four Munich New Messe, ehemals Innside Meliá Munich.

Signo Hospitality has taken over the Four München Neue Messe, also known as the Innside Meliá München. The hotel, which is located at the Münchener Messe for an indefinite period, will undergo a new renovation under the brand Four Points by Sheraton. In total, around 1.5 million euros were invested in the modernization of rooms, technology and gastronomy.

Two new projects in South Germany

With the Munich Hotel Project there is Signo Hospitality in Portfolio in South Germany (ahhhh reported). This would have been the new Arabella Brauneck Hotel in Lenggries and is part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio.
