Pete Rose, Major League Baseball’s all-time leader who was expelled from the Hall of Fame after he was caught gambling during baseball games, has died at the age of 83, ABC News and TMZ reported Monday.

Pete Rose, Major League Baseball’s all-time leader who was expelled from the Hall of Fame after he was caught gambling during baseball games, has died at the age of 83, ABC News and TMZ reported Monday.

TMZ attributed the news to Rose’s agent, while ABC News cited the medical examiner in Clark County, Nevada.
