Eis aus Algen statt Sahne, Pistazienmilch und Kaffee ohne Bohnen: The Berlin Food Week starts at the Montag zum zehnten Mal. Zum runden Geburtstag präsentiert the Festival under the Veranstaltungen rund a new Ernährungstrends.

Rund 50 Aussteller walks on the Market in Bikini Berlin in a Genussmeile. Start-ups imagine Freitag and Samstag with innovative products. Visitors can inform themselves about 40 Berliner Herstellern, international markets and start-ups about food trends.

Their Abschluss des Festivals am Sonntag Weine and kleine Köstlichkeiten in France were presented in 18 Berliner Restaurants. In a Pop-up Restaurant wollen Köche der Ankündigung, “iconic Gerichte” zeitgemäß will be interpreted.

Zudem de Food Week with the Spanish Koch Ferran Adrià as Ehrengast. Since 62 years, the history of the history of the restaurant “elBulli” and the Catalan coastal cuisine, has been a part of the program for the “Einfluss der Catalanischen Haute-Cuisine auf de Gastronomie”.
