Norwegian Luna to Offer Prima Plus Dining Options – Cruise Industry News

Norwegian Luna will offer all new Prima Plus class dining and bar experiences, Norwegian Cruise Line recently announced.

According to the company, the new ship will enter service in April 2026 with several new concepts set to debut aboard Norwegian Aqua in early 2025.

One of the locations returning aboard Norwegian Luna is Sukhothai, which Norwegian describes as a Thai specialty restaurant with an eclectic menu of traditional and creative offerings.

The ship will also feature the Indulge Food Hall, a luxury food court first introduced by Norway’s Prima in 2022.

On board the Norwegian Luna, the space will feature both indoor and outdoor dining with ten different food stations, including the plant-based Planterie.

The 156,300-ton vessel will also feature several of Norway’s signature dining options, including Cagney’s Steakhouse and Le Bistro, a French specialty restaurant.

After being rolled out to five ships since 2022, the high-end Italian specialty venue Onda by Scarpetta will also be available on board the Norwegian Luna.

Other restaurants returning on board the ship include the Surfside Café, a casual self-service restaurant, the Commodore Main Dining Room and Nama Sushi and Sashimi.

According to Norwegian, the ship’s bar and lounge offerings include returning favorites such as the Whiskey Bar and the Belvedere Bar.

The Metropolitan Bar, the company’s Sail & Sustain cocktail, also returns with a special menu of sustainable drinks.

The ship will also feature the Swirl, which Norwegian describes as a cozy wine bar designed for a relaxed, intimate experience.

As the fourth ship in the company’s Prima class, the Norwegian Luna will enter service on April 4, 2026.

During its inaugural season, the 156,300-ton ship will offer a series of weeklong cruises to the Caribbean, departing from Miami.
