Der Samsung Exynos9 9825 is a system on a chip (SoC) for smartphones and tablets. The first word from Samsung on the Note 10 was published in August 2019. There is an integrated Processor Cluster. Two own Samsung Mongoose Performance Kerne with up to 2.73 GHz, two ARM Cortex-A75 Performance Kerne with up to 2.4 GHz (9820 now 2.3 GHz) and four ARM-Cortex A55 Stromsparkerne with up to 1.9 GHz. Use an ARM Mali G76MP12 (12 cores) and the LTE modem is compatible with LTE-Advanced Pro Cat.20 (download 8CA 2Gbps / upload 3CA 316 Mbps).

Die Performance Only in theory is the Exynos 9 9820 suitable for 8nm format. During production promotion, the Turbo / Bosst Taktraten may ultimately take longer. Initial benchmarks indicate comparable performance. Ensure that performance is better positioned in the high-end segment.

A small Steigerung is one of the extended graphics cards. It is still an ARM Mali-G76 MP12, but it takes longer for the deed to be confirmed.

The SoC is made at Samsung with a new 7nm EUV process that delivers good power when the battery and the Exynos 9 9820 are in stock.

The mobile platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen. 2 for Galaxy is available for Android-based smartphones, designed for tablets, is the Spitzenproduct of the US-American repairers for the year 2023 and the coming years 2023 on the Galaxy S23 (Ultra). This SoC (System-on-a-Chip) is a high-end device developed and based on ARM’s v9 architecture. I’m looking at the normal SD 8 Gen 2, with the “for Galaxy” variant at 160 MHz that gets Prime-Core.

The Kryo CPU bestht aus four Clustern with unknown architects. A Schneller Prime-Core (Cortex-X3) with 3.36 GHz for 64-Bit support and a Fast Single-Thread Performance. We used a new ARM Cortex-A715 core suitable for modern 64-bit devices and running at 2.8 GHz. We can also use the Cortex-A710-Performance-Kerne to run the 32-Bit version. The rest of the ARM Cortex-A510 has been designed to save energy.

The CPU performance can be achieved by the new core and higher tasks and put the Spitze on Android SoCs. Compare with the Apple Chips, there is no difference between the Snapdragon (Single-Core nor the hinter Apple A14, Multi-Core Swiss A15 and A16).

The Hexagon processor has been developed in various ways for AI applications integration (tensor, scalar and vector calculations). Qualcomm is aiming for INT4 support here, offering 4.35x performance.

The integrated “cognitive 18-bit triple Spectra ISP” offers photos with 200 MP and videos with 8k30 resolution (including support for 10-bit, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision). The FastConnect 7800 WLAN chip is equipped with Wi-Fi 7 and supports Bluetooth 5.3 (including aptX Lossless). The Snapdragon X70 5G modem supports Sub6 and mmWave networks.

This integrated SpeicherkControler can go to Gen 2 and use no more than 16 GB LPGDDR5x at a speed of 4200 MHz.

The SoC is supported by TSMC in active 4nm processors (N4P).
