Female suspect asks for kiss in bizarre Daly City robbery

(KRON) – A man was robbed of cash from his wallet in a residential neighborhood last Thursday, the Daly City Police Department (DCPD) said in its weekly crime report. It happened on Oct. 3 around 2:56 p.m. on the 300 block of Deanne Lane.

Two suspects in a dark-colored sedan approached the victim and asked how much he paid in rent, according to police. While the first suspect, an unidentified woman, was in the vehicle, the victim was asked to hand over his wallet. She claimed she “wanted to put money in there for him,” according to the police report.

After the victim handed over his wallet, the first suspect took about $100, police said. The victim asked for his wallet back, but she took more money from the wallet.

The victim said a total of $260 was stolen from his wallet. The incident continued with the female suspect making an unusual request.

She asked the victim to “kiss her on the cheek,” the DCPD report said. The victim refused and the second suspect, an unknown man, intervened.

“Go ahead and give her a kiss,” the male suspect told the victim via the police report.

The victim told police that the suspects eventually forced him to kiss the female suspect. According to the police report, the suspects said “goodbye” to the victim and left behind a gold chain.

The first suspect was described as a “heavy built female with a light complexion and light colored hair,” according to DCPD. The second suspect is a ‘short, slim man with dark hair and a beard’.

The police do not want to say what the relationship between the two suspects is. As of Thursday, the two suspects are still on the run. Daly City Police will continue to investigate.
