Re-accreditation from the University of Sheffield Management School EQUIS puts it among the global elite | News

The University of Sheffield’s Management School has been awarded EQUIS re-accreditation for a further five years, in recognition of its world-leading excellence in teaching, research and knowledge sharing.

The University of Sheffield’s Management School has been awarded EQUIS re-accreditation for a further five years, in recognition of its world-leading excellence in teaching, research and knowledge sharing.

The prestigious reaccreditation of the Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) for another five years is an indicator of high quality in all aspects of a school’s activities, with a particular focus on internationalization, academic quality , ethics, responsibility and sustainability, and effective interaction with business.

In addition to accreditation by EQUIS, the University of Sheffield Management School has also been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Association of MBAs (AMBA) since 2012. This Triple Crown accreditation places the school among the global elite of business and management schools. It is a quality mark for excellent education, excellent research, support for students and alumni and ties with the business community.

The five-year accreditation represents the gold standard and highest level of performance for EQUIS-accredited schools. It shows the achievements of the University of Sheffield Management School over the past three years and its clear and well-defined strategic plan for the future.
