Bowling Green Fire Department welcomes class of 2025

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – The Bowling Green Fire Department has expanded.

On Tuesday evening, the Supervisory Board approved the recruitment of fifteen firefighters, according to Facebook.

“The approval to add personnel is a critical step toward improving our operational effectiveness on the fireground,” the post said.

The class of 2025 will spend the next 12 weeks at the BGFD recruiting academy.
