Jim Plunkett and Eric Allen are among eight former Raiders moving forward in the voting process for the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025

The Pro Football Hall of Fame this week released the list of 31 seniors and 50 modern players who can advance in the voting process for the Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025. Eight former Raiders – five in the Senior category and three modern candidates – in continue the fight.

To be eligible for the Senior category, a former player must not have played in a professional football match after the 1999 season. Modern-era prospects would not have been able to appear in a professional football game after the 2019 season.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025 will be announced during the “NFL Honors” in New Orleans, Louisiana, set for next February and next August in Canton, Ohio.
