TRoy Stephenson worked at the Irvin Steel Mill outside Pittsburgh for 27 years. His brother also works there, as do six uncles and a cousin. He is treasurer of the local chapter of the United Steelworkers (USW) and his cousin, Jason Zugai, is vice president. “When I voted for Trump in 2016, I was still a Democrat,” Stephenson laughed wryly. “But that’s just not the case anymore.”
