Erfurt (dpa/tmn) – Arbeitgeber können Beschäftigte, die in de Passivephase is de Altersteilzeit nicht meer Arbeiten, in Tarifvertrag nicht von der Inflatiesausgleichsprämie ausnehmen. Das zegt ein aktuelles Urteil des Bundesarbeitsgerichts (Az.: 9 AZR 71/24).
