DDemocrats spent Much of the presidential election campaign called Donald Trump a fascist. Trump is hardly known for his conciliatory nature. So few American politicians expect there to be much division in his second term. Yet there is already a glimmer of agreement in one place: A proposal to cap interest on credit card repayments at 10% has received support from both Trump and Bernie Sanders, perhaps the most prominent left-wing Democrat.
