Rescue teams are working to extinguish a fire in a car that was the target of an Israeli attack in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre. The Lebanese Health Ministry says more than 3,650 people have been killed since October 2023, when Hezbollah began exchanging fire with Israel in solidarity with its Palestinian ally Hamas.
