Westhaven Gold Receives TSX Venture Approval to Acquire Talisker Resources Claims Package

Pursuant to the agreement, Westhaven paid $20,000 in cash and issued 1,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock to Talisker. The shares are subject to statutory resale restrictions expiring on January 6, 2025, as well as contractual restrictions that will be released in equal installments on January 6, 2025, May 6, 2025 and September 6, 2025. Westhaven has been granted a 1% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR) on the claims and has the option to repurchase the 1% NSR at any time for $1,000,000.
