Burlington, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 16, 2024) – Rapid Dose Therapeutics Corp. (CSE: DOSE) (“RDT” or the “Company“) today announced that, further to its press release dated August 7, 2024, with respect to a proposed private equity placement (the “Financing“), the company has been granted an extension by the Canadian Securities Exchange, allowing it to complete the financing on or before October 29, 2024.

This previously announced financing includes up to $6,000,000 in aggregate gross proceeds, consisting of up to 35,294,117 shares of common stock (“Ordinary shares“) at a price of $0.17 per common share; and the financing may be closed in multiple tranches. The first tranche closed on July 18, 2024 for an amount of $309,000.
