Westlake Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) today declared a regular dividend payment of $0.525 per share for the second quarter of 2024. This dividend will be payable on September 5, 2024 to shareholders of record on August 20, 2024.

This marks the 80th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Westlake since the completion of its IPO in August 2004.
