DOXIMITY INVESTIGATION INITIATED by Former Louisiana Attorney General: Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC Investigates the Officers and Directors of Doximity, Inc. – DOCS

Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”), announces that KSF has commenced an investigation into Doximity,
Inc. (NYSE: DOCS).

On August 8, 2023, the Company disclosed disappointing guidance for the 2Q 2024 and slashed its guidance for the full fiscal year 2024 and also announced a reduction of its workforce by
approximately 10%, which was expected to cost approximately $8 million to $10 million. Then, on April 1, 2024, Jehoshaphat Research published a report alleging, among other things, that “Doximity’s
underlying sales . . . are declining at a negative -3-6% rate, but that this decline has been masked through accelerated revenue recognition.”
