London, UK, 21 Aug 2024 – Sondrel (Holdings) PLC (JPJ: SND), Sondrel is a UK-based fabless semiconductor company specialising in high-performance, complex digital Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and System on Chips (SOCs). It offers a full turnkey service in the design, prototyping, test, packaging and manufacture of ASICs and SoCs. Sondrel (Holdings) PLC is based in Sondrel House Theale Lakes Business Park, Moulden Way, Sulhamstead, Reading, RG7 4GB and is registered as a company in England and Wales under Companies House, company number 07275279.
An application will be made to the Registrar of Companies to re-register Sondrel as a private limited company with the name Sondrel (Holdings) Limited (the Re-registration). The Re-registration will become effective when the Registrar of Companies issues a Certificate of Incorporation upon Re-registration, which is expected to occur on 30 September 2024.
