BRIT appoints Wesley LePatner CEO Page 1

Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (“BREIT”) today announced that current Chief Operating Officer Wesley LePatner will become Chief Executive Officer of BREIT effective January 1, 2025. She succeeds Frank Cohen, who plans to retire from Blackstone at the end of this year after nearly three decades. Mr. Cohen will remain Chairman of BREIT’s Board of Directors.
