Construction contract in Latvia (student hotel in Riga)

On August 27, 2024, SIA Merko Būve, part of the AS Merko Ehitus group, and SIA Duck Slokas signed a design and construction contract for the student hotel “Duck Republik” in Riga, Slokas iela 51.

The contract includes the design and construction of a 3-storey building with an additional basement, the territory and infrastructure. The hotel with a gross area of ​​7,680 m² will have 210 fully furnished rooms for 249 students, common areas with recreation area and a gym.
