Donaldson Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2024 Revenue and Earnings

Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) (Donaldson or the Company), a global leader in technology-driven filtration products and solutions, today reported fourth quarter net income (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) of $109.7 million and full year net income (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) of $414.0 million for the fiscal year 2024, compared to $91.9 million and $358.8 million, respectively, in fiscal year 2023. Fiscal Year 2024 GAAP Earnings Per Share (EPS)¹² were $0.90 in the fourth quarter and $3.38 for the full year, compared to $0.75 and $2.90, respectively, in fiscal 2023. Adjusted EPS for the fourth quarter and full year 2024³ were $0.94 and $3.42, respectively, compared to $0.78 and $3.04, respectively, in fiscal 2023.
