ARHT Media announces strategic review process

TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ARHT Media Inc. (“ARHT” or “the Company”) (TSXV: ART), (OTCQB: ARHTF), the global leader in the development, production and distribution of high-quality, low-latency hologram and digital content, announces that it has completed a strategic review of the Company’s business, assets and financial structure.

ARHT Media has become a provider of leading holographic products designed to scale with large enterprise organizations. Much of the Company’s recent sales efforts have focused on proof-of-concept installations with global brands and educational institutions, with large-scale rollouts yet to occur. This in turn has held back revenues in recent quarters. While the Company has every reason to believe that broader adoption will occur, the timing of this adoption is unclear. For these reasons, the Board has conducted a strategic review. The Company does not intend to provide updates on the status of the review until material developments emerge.
