BP plc (the “Company“) announces that on August 30, 2024, in accordance with the authorization granted by the shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, it purchased an aggregate of 6,033,575 common shares of $0.25 each (“Shares“) on the London Stock Exchange and Cboe (UK) as part of the repurchase programs announced on July 30, 2024 (the “Programs“) and as described below:

The Company intends to cancel these shares in accordance with the authorization granted by its shareholders at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
