Ensurge Micropower ASA – Exercise of subscription rights and employee share buyback plan

Ensurge Micropower ASA (the “Company”) has received a notice from an employee of the Company of the exercise of 16,000 vested incentive subscription rights with an exercise price per share of NOK 0.950, under the Company’s Subscription Rights Plan 2022.

The Board of Directors therefore decided on August 31, 2024 to approve this exercise and the resulting issuance of 16,000 new shares in the Company.
