Amended terms of Idorsia’s 2024 convertible bonds become effective

Idorsia Ltd (SIX: IDIA) today announced that following the expiry of the appeal period – during which no appeal was filed – the amended terms of Idorsia’s outstanding convertible bonds, originally due on 17 July 2024 (ISIN: CH0426820350) (the Bonds), have become effective.
