Queen Camilla has announced that King Charles is doing ‘very well’ as he continues to undergo cancer treatment.

The Queen was questioned about her husband’s condition by Macmillan Cancer Support worker Suzy Moon this morning when she visited a hospital in Bath, The Sun reported.

The queen replied, ‘Yes, he is very well.’

Camilla visited the Royal United Hospitals in Bath this morning to open the new Dyson Cancer Centre.

The 75-year-old monarch announced his diagnosis in early February after undergoing surgery for an enlarged prostate.

Following the shock announcement earlier this year, officials said both the monarch and his doctors were “extremely positive” after beginning outpatient treatment.

The palace has not yet revealed what type of cancer the king has, but it has confirmed that it is not prostate cancer.

The Queen had previously said her husband and his cancer treatment were going well when she visited Belfast in late March.

She told the audience in Northern Ireland that Charles was “doing very well” at the time.
