Mercedes-Benz S-Class 2024

“In my varied career as an automotive professional, I’ve spent a lot of time in a variety of vehicles over the past three years,” said Alex Johnson, CEO of Man and Van Star. “The S-Class has long set the standard for luxury interiors, and that’s something the 2024 model very much continues.”

Johnson said this particular model is special because of its high-tech features and striking finishes. “It’s made from very high-quality materials, with premium Nappa leather and real wood trim in the cabin, and features a sophisticated MBUX system that’s incredibly easy to use and looks beautiful to drive. Most importantly, the engineering, right down to the stitching and ambient lighting, has been executed with precision, making it a real sanctuary on wheels.”

Alan Ollie Gelfand, owner of German Car Depot, agreed with Johnson, saying the screens inside are particularly impressive. “It can have up to five screens that work together with other technology in the car to create a three-dimensional effect, such as wireless audio, fingerprint scanning, facial recognition and voice commands. It also uses augmented reality to give better directions.

“It also features many driver assistance technologies that make driving easier, such as an autonomous parking function and an active suspension system that raises the car in the event of a collision to reduce damage.”

Gelfand added that the S-Class has seats that provide a spa experience. “The car’s power-adjustable, reclining seats have massage functions, and there’s ample head and legroom. In general, you can expect Mercedes cars to have the most reliable, aesthetically pleasing interiors. These cars often feature striking, high-quality interior designs with premium materials and driver-focused dashboard layouts.”

2023 Genesis GV80

According to Johnson, this model stands out not only because of its beautiful interior, but also because of its durability.

“The 2023 model is all about minimalist yet luxurious, from quilted leather seats to open-pore wood and a clean, horizontal layout that’s easy on the eyes,” he said. “But what doesn’t get talked about much is how the interior materials are built to last, despite wear and tear. The idea is that luxury is something that can be seen for years to come. More than just looks, the GV80’s interior is designed to last.”

Volvo XC90 from 2025

If you’re looking for a sleek vehicle that also uses eco-friendly materials, this Volvo is a great choice. “The cabin features lines that are clean and airy, with more sustainable materials used, such as wool and recycled plastic,” Johnson says.

Johnson also highlighted the safety features incorporated into the XC90’s system. “The real standout features are safety and comfort, with its ergonomically designed seats and air purification system delivering a healthy and comfortable driving experience. However, the XC90’s interior is not just pleasant, it has also been thoughtfully designed with the long-term health of its passengers in mind.”

2025 Subaru Forester

Subaru has long been a favorite of people who like to get out and about because of the durability of their fleets. B. Patrick Agnew Esq., a Virginia attorney who works on auto cases, said the Forester in particular has a fantastic interior that is sure to impress.

“Subaru’s Forester offers premium cloth seats and soft-touch plastics that stand up to heavy use and prevent damage,” he explained. “Exceptional value and all-wheel drive give the Forester a reputation for dependability under all conditions.”

2024 Mazda CX-50

Gelfand praised the CX-50 for being an affordable choice that still has a fantastic interior. The SUV starts at $30,300, which is a fairly low price for that type of car.

“Reliable interiors don’t have to mean breaking the bank,” Gelfand explained. “The Mazda CX-50 is a great example of affordable luxury. It’s designed with purpose in mind, without sacrificing elegance and luxury features, giving the cabin a premium feel without the high price tag. The fit and finish of the interior are soft to the touch and it’s reasonably quiet inside.”

Gelfand added that the CX-50’s seats have a wide range of adjustments, so everyone who rides them will be comfortable. “The front seats are easily adjustable and have plenty of room for people of all sizes.”
