Hypercharge Announces 58 Additional DC Fast Charging Ports for Energy Infrastructure Provider in Western Canada Page 1

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – September 5, 2024) – Hypercharge Networks Corp. (TSXV: HC) (OTCQB: HCNWF) (FSE: PB7) (the “Company” or “Overload“), a leading provider of smart electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and grid operator, is pleased to announce an additional order of 58 DC fast charging stations from a Western Canadian energy infrastructure provider for use by their operating fleet, valued at an estimated $3 million – $4 million, with costs and gross margins expected to be within the Company’s typical profit range. Delivery of the order is expected to commence in winter 2024 and revenue will be recognized by the Company upon delivery of the charging stations.

This announcement is a further step in the company’s partnership with the energy infrastructure provider in Western Canada, which the company previously announced on December 5, 2023. The delivery of 58 DC fast charging ports is in addition to previous orders for 18 DC fast charging ports announced on August 1, 2024, and orders for up to 12 public DC fast charging sites to be deployed in urban and rural areas in Western Canada, which were announced on December 5, 2023.
