Morocco’s ‘Ouahbi law’ worries anti-corruption activists

Despite protests from civil society, Morocco’s governing council has approved an amendment tabled by Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi. The amendment aims to prevent NGOs from taking legal action against violations of public property, in particular embezzlement by elected representatives or officials.
