Commander Resources confirms termination of unsolicited takeover bid by FruchtExpress Grabher GmbH & Co KG

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – September 6, 2024) – Commander Resources Ltd. (TSXV:CMD) (“Commander” or “the Company“) today confirms that FruchtExpress Grabher GmbH & Co KG (“FEx“) unsolicited cash takeover bid for Commander has expired because it did not meet the required tender conditions. The Company and FEx have had extensive discussions over the past several weeks and have mutually agreed to allow this bid to expire. We look forward to working together on future Commander endeavors.
