This Fladen is a trauma for all cheese fans! Cozy crust, safe zucchini and a refreshing combination of Parmesan, mozzarella and brie.

Courgette and Hefeteig make an unbeatable team in the kitchen. Der Fladen erinnert zwar een Flammkuchen, unterscheidet sich jedoch in eenem wesentlichen Punkt: Der Teig aus backstarkem Weizenmehl Typ 550 ist dicker and somit auch sattigender.
