Santander buys Anteile and Polish Tochter for 575 million euros | 11.09.24

MADRID (Dow Jones)–Banco Santander is raising money for its Polish counterparts. Whoever has the Spanish bank has bought an advance of 5.2 percent from Santander Bank Polska for 575 million euros, while his payment fell to 62.2 percent. It is a fact that the loss in organic washing and sleeping conditions and the associated active air travel have arisen.

Santander will pay 5.3 million shares for 463 zlotys. There is talk of a withdrawal from 7.9 percent of the shares of Santander Bank Polska with a service of 502.80 zloty. Der Verkauf soll laut Santander am Freitag were abgeschlossen.

The company became the Freefloat of Santander Bank Polska, which kept the company’s liquidity and its weight in relevant corporate indices high, i.e. the Spanish Bank.

Santander will extend its long-term ownership of Polnische Bank. Until 2026, it has adopted a strategic plan that places Santander Bank Polska among the three banks in the countries with their high equity yield.
