McDavid explains his Eckpuntte for the new Oilers contract

LAS VEGAS – Connor McDavid will have to step up to the plate as he goes head-to-head with Kumpel and teammate Leon Draisaitl, who is making a Mega-Treasure of his own as he embarks on a long-term stint with the Edmonton Oilers.

“Everything is a factor,” the 27-year-old answered during the NHL North American Player Media Tour in Monday. “That is of course my bond with Edmonton, the fans, the organization, the games, and my will to win.
