NEON EQUITY: swisspartners Versicherung acquires a stake of more than 25 percent

Frankfurt, September 20, 2024 – NEON EQUITY AG (NEON EQUITY ISIN: DE000A3DW408) welcomes swisspartners Versicherung AG (swisspartners Versicherung) as a new major shareholder in the company. swisspartners Versicherung has acquired more than 25 percent of the shares in NEON EQUITY from an existing shareholder via SP1 Equity GmbH. swisspartners Versicherung explained to NEON EQUITY that the investment is being made for strategic reasons and that it intends to actively support the further growth of the company.
