On April 19, 2013, it was announced that our bank has established the GMTN (Global Medium Term Notes) program to arrange transactions for the issuance of loan instruments in any currency with different series and maturities.

The following CMB issuance certificates have been received in relation to the issuance under the GMTN programme.

*Unlike the Turkish and English versions of this public announcement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
