As long as the New York Knicks don’t mind paying a hefty tax bill, Randle should be able to stay in the Big Apple for years to come.

However, the 29-year-old is entering the final guaranteed year of his contract and has played well enough to earn a raise from the $28.9 million he is making this season.

The only way the Knicks would trade Randle is if the two sides can’t agree on a new contract or if he doesn’t fit in with a new team with Mikal Bridges. For now, New York would at least answering phone calls even though it has no plans to trade the three-time All-Star.

McBride is part of a loaded Knicks backcourt that includes Jalen Brunson, Bridges, Donte DiVincenzo, Cameron Payne, Tyler Kolek, Landry Shamet and others. Minutes may be hard to come by, which a possible exchange.
