The new shape Canvas Bar & Lounge hat is an avant-garde design. During the optimal Raumkonzept it is now on 20 Personen Platz. Küchel Architects were responsible for the design and layout.

“With the new Canvas Bar & Lounge you want to buy a Raum, underlining the gemstones and the elegance of the art collection in the house,” says Markus Granelli, General Manager of the Dolder Grand.

Barkultur completes gastronomic experience
Head bartender Matthieu Doucet is specialized in cocktails. By 2023, the Canvas Bar will be under the management of the best hotel bar in Switzerland. Die Auswahl und Getränken ranges from classic Cocktails over Signature Drinks to its Mocktails.
