Access to the Bauhaus building in July 2024: -5.9% for vormonat

The real (preisbereinigte) access to the Bauhaus-gewerbe is after the Statistical Federal Office (Destatis) in July 2024 gegenüber June 2024 calendar and season preparation sunk a 5.9%. The entrance to the Tiefbau is 0.7% and the Hochbau is 12.2% zurück.

I came to the previous month in July 2023, the calendar-prepared entry is 9.7% ab. Then the entry into the Tiefbau fell to 4.0% and the Hochbau to 15.9%. The estimated (non-preisbereinigte) entry into the Bauhauptgewerbe was 5.0% at the forward level.

In the first month of 2024, the appreciation in the Bauhaus building has historically been 0.1% on the calendar and pre-isbereinigt (real) and 1.6% in nominal terms.

Sales rose again in July

The real allocation in construction construction was in July 2024 increased by 2.6% to the previous year’s budget. The nominal value is 3.8% on EUR 10.7 billion. Dabei decreased from the allocation in the high-rise construction to 3.9% (nominal: -3.4%), while the low-rise construction amounted to a 9.9% value (nominal: +11.7%).

In the first period of Monaten 2024, the Umsätze in Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum preisbereinigt fell by 1.3%, nominally by 0.2%.

The Zahl der im Bauhauptgewerbe tätigen Personen nahm in July 2024 gegenüber dem Vorjahresmonat um 0,5 % ab.
