The new M&M’s Minis: Großer Spaß in small size

Ideal for naschen, baken and as a topping for desserts: The huge success with the small chocolate inns from the USA has arrived in Austria and is a new favourite in the kitchen of ORF 2 moderator Silvia Schneider

The first Schokolinsen had been working on the first Space Shuttle Mission with a board since 1982. The M&M’s Milk Chocolate Minis are starting to arrive in America in the small format – as a small dessert, top-zutt for Kekse and Kuchen and as a topping for Egg Creme and Desserts. Jetzt started the little Schokolinsen at Nasch- and Backfans in Österreich. ORF 2 moderator Silvia Schneider is inspired: “Those Minis are like small Nascherei in a bigger Spaß. Silvias Recipe for 20 M&M’s Hafer Cookies

Power supply:

· 125 g soft butter

· 150 g M&M’s milk chocolate minis

· 150 g brown sugar

· 1 egg

· 140 g pork flakes

· 125 g Mehl

· 1 Price Salt

· 1/2 TL Backpulver

· 2 tsp vanilla extract

Maintenance

Beat the butter and sugar in a saucepan and beat it with the mixer, then add the egg and vanilla and stir it for 2 minutes.

In one of the two Schüssel Haferflocken, Mehl, Brockpulver and Salz miteinander vermixen. Add the butter-sugar mass and make a smaller mixture of stufes. The M&M’s Mini’s are placed in the kitchen for 30 minutes.

When it is hot at 160°C, the backing is washed out with the backing paper, so that an essential amount is added to the bleach and made into a cookie shape.

Cookies are only baked to 2 cm long when they are baked for 10 minutes straight, until they are slightly brown. Take the slices out of the oven and cool them down.
