Sneaker Pharm, a small, innovative company from Manchester, England, offers pragmatic approaches to show how old sneakers can easily be refurbished. Instead of buying new sneakers after the usual wear and tear, participants in this workshop will learn how to clean and repair their old pair and redesign them with unique fabrics from Vitra’s production.

Vincent Tao, founder of Sneaker Pharm, will lead the workshop and give valuable tips on creating your own sneaker style. The workshop starts with an introduction to the construction and production of sneakers, followed by professional cleaning. After that, there is the opportunity to repair damaged shoes or refresh their design.

If you wish to participate in the workshop, please bring a pair of older, possibly broken, sneakers.
