S IMMO AG: Successful sales in Vienna

S IMMO follows a cautious investment strategy and recently announced that it will gradually streamline its portfolio, especially in small and medium-sized office properties with limited development potential. In this context, S IMMO has now successfully sold two office buildings in Vienna to an Austrian investor. One property is located on Mariahilfer Straße in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna West train station (Westbahnhof) and has a gross lettable area of ​​approximately 4,300 m². The second property comprises approximately 7,500 m² of gross lettable area in Gasgasse in Vienna’s 15th district and is also located close to the Westbahnhof. Both buildings are almost fully rented.

Tomáš Salajka, member of the board of directors of S IMMO, comments: “The sales are in line with our ongoing portfolio optimization and form the basis for our future revenues.”
