Air India’s business class seat has no belt and cannot recline: issues with doctor’s flags in Bengaluru

This is not the first time that a well-known traveler has reported problems with Air India’s onboard services.

Grammy Award winner Ricky Kej expressed his concerns about the airline company’s services by citing two recent incidents. The airline said corrective action will be taken where necessary.

The musician wrote about an incident on board the Mumbai-San Francisco flight on September 20, in which flight attendants initially did not respond to a passenger’s repeated calls for help.

When contacted by PTIAn Air India spokesperson said the airline has taken the feedback seriously and “will take corrective action where necessary so that such incidents do not repeat”.
