$300 Million JUUL Class Action Lawsuit Begins Sending Payments

Juul users will receive payments from a $300 million class action settlement.

One lawsuit concerned unlawful marketing aimed at minors and stated that customers would have paid less money if more information about the addictive effect had been provided.

Juul customers have said they’re getting anywhere from a few hundred dollars to more than $9,000.

Payouts were based in part on the number of receipts Juul customers could show.

The deadline for filing claims has already passed.

A court has not yet decided whether someone broke any laws.
